下載後，執行資料夾內的 build.bat 開始編譯相關工具
編譯完成後 可以看到
arc_conv.dat
arc_conv.exe
text_conv.exe
使用範例
arc_conv --list repipack.txt
之後便會出現詢問要提取的檔案，去選擇要提取的檔案即可，提取完成後會在與該檔案同資料夾內出現與檔案名稱相關的新資料夾
